1- Engineering Systems Coordinator
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Coordinate configuration, implementation and utilization of Aveva (PDMS / E3D / PDS / S3D) systems to support project and client requirements across the project lifecycle in workshare / distributed environment.
B- Able to do Catalogues & Specs and capable of supporting user’s issues in E3D and PDMS modelling and drafting.
C- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team of engineers and designers on the use of the systems.
D- Promote and support effective methods of producing deliverables and drafting assistance to users.
E- Coordinate with the users from the respective engineering disciplines and support them meet the project deliverables with timeliness and quality.
F- Create/Setup/Administer project systems resources (e.g. databases, templates, catalogues & specifications, borders & symbols etc.).
Job Requirements:
A- Knowledge in Information Management and Integrated Engineering Systems processes and principles.
B- Undergraduate degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
C- Experienced with the working systems and environment of Aveva systems used in the execution of projects preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
D- Must have strong multi discipline coordination skills.
