Job Description:
Responsible for providing consistent high-levels of customer service to all restaurant guests by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Takes orders from customers and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute.
B- Serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner.
C- Open and close shifts according to server checklist.
D- Complies with the standards set for practices to ensure food safety.
E- Delivers food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Job Requirements:
A- High School Diploma in Food and Beverage related course.
B- Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
C- Experience: Total 3 year(s) On Job 1 year(s) GCC 1 year(s).
D- Experience in food & beverage service.
