Job Overview:
Vectrus is seeking a quality professional experienced in global service delivery for US Government contracts to join our team. This position is responsible for overall execution of our enterprise quality & continuous improvement framework for all programs in the company. This position will have direct and/or indirect responsibility of all Quality Managers working on programs.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Create a positive environment that is fair, inclusive and ethical.
B- Directly/indirectly manages a team of HQ Quality Leads managing portfolios, providing guidance and mentorship on how to manage program quality and continuous improvement execution across the company.
C- Ensure the program risk matrix remains useful tool of assessing risk for programs and updates monthly as output of PMRs.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Business Management or related field (preferred). Two (2) years’ related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
B- Minimum of three (3) years’ of general experience in; managerial, budgetary, professional, investigative & technical activities related to the provision of services in support of specified military base support operations & logistical service contracts preferred.
C- Experience in GovCon industry specifically implementation of IT, MRO, installation support contracts.
