1- Screener Linguist (Arabic)

Job Overview:
Primarily responsible for translating spoken language in real time between two separate parties. Provide operational contract linguist support for military operations and interpret during Counterintelligence screening interviews, meetings, and conferences. Transcribe and analyze verbal communications.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Primarily responsible for translating spoken language in real time between two separate parties.
B- Required to explain the full context behind the situation and include any pertinent cultural or unspoken implications contained within the original situation or conversation.
C- Employ active listening skills to understand the full context of the situation.
D- Understanding the underlying context, tone, and inflections to the spoken word that influence overall meaning.
Job Requirements:
A- High School/GED, 3+ years experience.
B- Roundtable (ILR) proficiency level 4 in target language and proficiency level 4+ in English based on oral and written language skills examination.
C- Must hold a current U.S. passport. (Or apply as soon as accepted into the program).
D– Must be willing to work in Qatar.
