1- Senior Transport Planner / Traffic Engineer
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a Transport Planner / Traffic Engineer to join our newly established Transportation team.
Job Responsibilities:
A- You will be required to contribute to a variety of transport planning studies including transport master plan assessments, traffic impact studies, future mobility, road safety management systems and Intelligent Transport Systems.
B- Additionally, you will be a proactive self-starter with both business development acumen and capability in client relationship and management.
C- Responsible for developing new relationships and winning new business.
D- Assisting the growth of the team through business development.
E- Ensuring projects are completed to client specifications, to budgets and targets.
Job Requirements:
A- The candidate will be a degree-qualified professional with 10+ years of traffic engineering and/or transport planning experience, within the private sector or public sector.
B- Degree in relevant spatial or numerical subject and from an internationally recognized university.
C- Experience in the production of transport plans and strategies.
D- Ability to communicate technical arguments to technical and non-technical clients and present outputs from studies to a range of audiences.
E- Experience in ITS, Road Safety Systems and Future Mobility Technologies.
