1- Officer – Administrative Operations – Payroll

About Role:
The job holder is responsible for managing employee administrative procedures & records, process employee vacations, sick leaves, Loans, Letters and any other requests raised through the HCM, or in relation to the HR Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
A– Understand the policies and procedures of the company for effective communication with the employees.
B– Ensure to capture personal data changes timely/accurately in HCM system.
C– Ensure Employee File remediation is done accurately and obtain necessary documents from employees where necessary.
D– Liaise with medical operations team and process medical card for employees and their dependents including cancellation of medical card for leavers.
Job Requirement:
A– Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
B– 2-5 years of experience.
C– Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic Language is a must.
