Job Responsibilities:
A- Consulting with department stakeholders to identify, design and develop the most effective and efficient blended learning solutions to support business achieve its current and future goals.
B- Collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver and imbed exceptional learning experiences through varying learning modalities, including formal training, on the job and digital learning.
C- Designing and developing experiential development programs for QDF Learning Academy based on both the organization and the individual needs.
D- Using of data analysis and learning metrics to continuously measure, monitor, track learning solution outcomes and make recommendations based on findings.
E- Facilitate training programs to a high standard, using adult learning and learner focused techniques.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelors Degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience required; OR
B- High School Qualification or Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
C- Knowledge of learning and evaluation theory, techniques and blended design solutions.
