Job Description:
A Human Resources Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to deliver an excellent staff experience while support management on proper policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Support and advise Managers on proper policies and procedures.
B- Support the hotel with departmental training requirements.
C- Organize, deliver, and evaluate training programmes as required.
D- Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability.
E- Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out.
Job Requirements:
A- Previous experience in HR Officer or equivalent role.
B- Good communication and people skills.
C- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
D- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
