About Role:
In this role you will monitor and train staff according to the training program for aircraft, cargo and passenger handling.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Supervises and delivers training in accordance with initial and recurrent training program prior to staff job functions.
B- Contributes to in Design, plans and implements training program as per the training needs of internal and external customers; keeps track of average trainings per month.
C- Reviews and completes performance and probation report.
D- Executes practical assessment after completing on job training for trainees.
Job Requirements:
A- An ideal candidate will have a relevant Tertiary, Trade, Associate Degree or Diploma and 3 years of job-related experience.
B- Fluent in both spoken and written English Language.
C- Proficient in designing PowerPoint presentation.
D- Supervisory skills – Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and supervise workflow.
