Job Description:
As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible to do rapid and light tours with short duration of time for small groups and families. You will be an ambassador of Discover Qatar by presenting the brand in a proper way and provide memorable guest experience by maintaining high quality service delivery standard.
Job Responsibilities:
A– Greeting and welcoming customers, creating an entertaining environment and ensure they are well informed about the itinerary for each of the tours.
B– Accompany visitors to tour site locations and explain emergency procedures to ensure the safety of group remains a top priority.
C– Plan alternative activities in case cancellations, closures or unexpected weather conditions occur.
D– Monitor the behavior of the group to ensure that everyone is in compliance with the rules.
Job Requirements:
A– High School Qualification or Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
B– Minimum 2 years of job related experience.
C– Must be a good team member, well-groomed and sociable in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
D– Ability to multi task, aware of proficient in MS Office.
