1- Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities:
A- Overseeing and coordinating planning and reaction to ‘Mechanical and electrical technical service’ delivery for buildings, facilities and equipment across the client’s estate.
B- Performance management of the FM service contractors for various hard services disciplines – e.g. lifts, electrical testing, mechanical and electrical equipment, water supply testing etc.
C- Formulating develop and implement maintenance strategies (PPM and reactive) that will ensure the schools are maintained and operated to their optimum efficiency.
D- Developing and maintain technical/operational standards and quality assurance processes for the services being managed.
Job Requirements:
A- You are a digitally savvy, Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
B- 15 + years overall experience and 05 years in GCC region in a similar project’s size with 3-years’ experience in Education Sector at Qatar.
C- Good knowledge of MEP/Civil systems and soft FM services including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest and rodent control, security and porter services.
D- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, You are an Arabic speaker; ability in written English & Arabic.
E- Highly self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
F- Ability to plan and organize and supervise teams and be decisive when required. Knowledgeable of technical local regulations, laws, and international codes.
G- Good knowledge of Asset management.
