1- Bar Supervisor
Department: Power International Holding

Doha, Qatar
Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operation in the bar. Present and sell the beverage specialty, ensuring the bar is clean, order taken properly, beverage deliver accordingly and the highest level of customer service is maintained at all the times.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Oversees all bar staff, customer service and operations ensuring that the bar runs smoothly and that excellent service is provided to all visitors.
B- Ensures that all cash/financial procedures are carried out correctly and fully and that management receives all reports promptly and to the required standards. Cash takings are accurately recorded and reconciled.
C- Manage labor, create schedules, and make sure enough bartending staff is always available to satisfy all guests.
D- Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers.
E– Prepares orders or requisition beverages and supplies.
Job Requirements:
A- High School Diploma in Food and Beverage related course or any Related Technical Certificates.
B- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
C- Familiar with all kinds of standard drinks, and extensive service experience.
D- Total 6 year(s) On Job 2 year(s) GCC 2 year(s).
