Job Description:
A Recreation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the guest experience whilst they enjoy the Hotel’s Recreational facilities, including the Pool and Spa area. You will be responsible for the distribution of Pool towels to resort guests and provide them with a warm and sincere welcome.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Assist guests their needs related to the pool / beach area.
B- Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
C- Maintain cleanliness of general pool / beach area.
D- Monitor product inventory in order to minimize the loss of resort property.
E- Be responsible for the health and safety requirements of the Recreation areas.
F- Supervise guests and children who are using the hotel’s recreation facilities such as water slides.
Job Requirements:
A- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
B- Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
C- Intermediate English language skills.
D- Basic computer knowledge.
