1- Storekeeper
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Support the Store Supervisor in daily warehouse operations.
B- Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stockroom.
C- Receive new stocks and verify that the items are matching as per the invoices in quantity and quality and in good condition. If any discrepancies are found, report to Store Supervisor & Accounts Department, and arrange for reimbursements.
D- Coordinate with the Sales team and arrange to order and deliver the products as and when required with proper documentation.
E- Prepare the Sales return form to be send to the Accounts Department.
F- Coordinate with the concerned Departments for the shipment of freights or cargos.
G- Ensure to maintain the warehouse and warehouse equipment in a clean, safe and an organized condition with the support of the Office Assistant and Store Helper.
Job Requirements:
A- 3 years’ quota carrying Storekeeper experience in Automotive field.
B- Experience and working knowledge of ERP systems.
C- Strong Organizational skills.
D- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
