1- Analyst – Compensations
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Responsibilities:
A- Receives and investigates salary inquiries raised by department management for promotions and salary increases. Prepares recommendations and follows up as required.
B- Prepares and processes Employee Change Requests (ECR).
C- Processes Medical and Life Insurance operations across Sidra.
D- Answers queries raised by the branches and arranges meeting with them, if required.
E- Processes all the employees’ approved change requests (i.e. Promotions, Salary adjustment, title change, re-classification and re-evaluation).
F- Processes Sidra’s tax assistance and protection program in collaboration with Sidra approved vendor.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a quantitative science based discipline.
B- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a compensation and rewards function.
