1- Supervisor – Respiratory Therapy Services
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Responsibilities:
A- Provides cardiorespiratory related diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, assesses and documents patient response in a timely and accurate manner.
B- Sets up and performs quality control procedures and operates respiratory and laboratory equipment, making adjustments as necessary.
C- Obtains and maintains all clinical core competencies of the Respiratory Therapy Services department.
D- Recommends and administers individualized medical gas therapies.
E- Reviews patient’s medical history, conducts assessments of the patient’s pathophysiological condition, recommends appropriate care and documents patient response outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or other relevant field.
B- 7+ years clinical experience as a Neonatal/Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist inclusive of 2 years Supervisory experience in a tertiary or quaternary level care facility.
C- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in Respiratory Therapy specialty.
D- BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS (or equivalents).
