1- Service Manager | Honda
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- To maximise the revenue potential from Service operations to meet the Net Sales, Gross margin & net profit objectives.
B- To provide positive customer experience and achieve customer satisfaction targets through efficient service process.
C- To monitor and coordinate the planned individual staff career development plans are achieved through training and ensure high motivation levels.
D- To implement the Principals Dealer standards on Systems and processes for achieving compliance and adopting best business practise.
E- To plan and deliver optimal utilisation of the manpower resources to meet or exceed Service performance KPI benchmarks on productivity, efficiency, turnaround time, revenue per order through process and people development.
Job Requirements:
A- Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering.
B- 8 to 10 Years overall experience with automobile dealership – out of which a minimum 3 years in Service Dept. at managerial role.
C- Automotive dealer / distributor business processes, working knowledge of MS office, ERP skills, KPI driven customer focused operation, leadership.
