About Role:
We are looking for an HR Leader to be dedicated to a large business unit or a cluster of specific business units, leading on all HR matters and acting as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to Senior Leadership on human capital management matters.
Responsibilities:
A- Take part in the development of the Division strategic business plan and alignment with the Group HR strategy.
B- Develop a Division HR strategic / people plan in line with the Group HR strategic / people plan and Division strategic business plan including performance management, engagement, MIS and communication.
C– Through Centres of Excellence, drive strategy for expert areas e.g. recruitment, L&D, Remuneration and Policies.
D- To project manage and lead on assigned HR projects assigned from Group HR in order to support process change, developments and policy and procedural reviews.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience.
B- A recognized accreditation in Human Resources.
C- Generalist HR knowledge – with a particular focus on performance management, organizational design, engagement, employee relations.
D– Understanding of best practice HR management theories.
