Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Liaise with Lusail city architects and master planners to update and improve the design regulations and design code.
B- Lead and /or co-collaborate in building permits processes update and improvement.
C- Liaise with other necessary authorities to facilitate the approval process.
D- Lead and coordinate with the team in technical reports preparation & implement best practices of architecture at QD.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree (BSc.) In Architecture Engineering.
B- 10+ years of progressive experience in Architecture, particularly in the field of development assessment and building approvals.
C– Excellent knowledge of Architectural Design.
D– Deep knowledge of Architectural guidelines and building regulation.
E– Management for Real Estate developments would be an advantage.
F- Demonstrate high level of proficiency in AutoCAD / Autodesk Design review and other relevant graphic software.
