1- Sales Manager | Al Futtaim Vehicle Rentals
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Maximize all lease and car rental opportunities to bring profitable corporate business for AVR.
B- Plan, allocate and monitor own sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
C- Build strong and effective account management relationships with all customers allocated.
D- Develop customer relationships to enhance profit levels and penetration of services.
E- Train & develop a market leading sales force.
F- Clear evidence of sales achievements.
G- Have advanced Business to Business consultative sales skills.
H- Evidence of sales through multi-level decision makers.
I- Monitor sales team activity.
Job Requirements:
A- Educated to degree or equivalent level.
B- Minimum 3-year sales management experience in automotive industry, preferably in car rental, with solid sales background.
C- Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking. Also speaking Arabic is an advantage.
