1- Sales Manager – Volvo Cars

Job Purpose:
As a member of the Senior Management Team – to contribute to commercial and strategic decision making in order that Sales and Marketing achieve their Financial & Operational KPI’s in a timely manner analogous to the objectives set. To develop & implement unified business strategies to further enhance employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Adopt best practice and key leadership skills across the management teams in accord with the Principals.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Achieve budgeted sales volumes, gross margin and net profit levels .
B- Ensure that incentive schemes are motivational and in line with group policy and budget. Quarterly reviews are essential in order to measure success.
C- Provide ongoing training, coaching and development support.
D- Produce stretching yet realistic budgets for the Vehicle Operations to ensure continuous development and improvement of the business.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate in Marketing/Business Admin.
B- Minimum Experience: 10 years Sales & Marketing experience of which 5 years as a Senior Manager within in a related field.
C- Able to employ and track KPI’s across the business.
D– Able to attract, motivate and develop a multi-cultural workforce.
