Job Responsibilities :
A- As a Sales & Events Coordinator, your role will be supporting the day-to-day running of Sales & Marketing Department by coordinating with other departments in the hotel.
B- Conducting site inspections, preparing quotations, planning and arranging events services, liaise with vendors, Conduct final inspections on the day of the event.
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate should have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for
A- Minimum two year of experience as a Sales & Events Coordinator or similar in a luxury/or 5* hotel and/or resort.
B- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
C- Ability to work well with a diverse team.
D- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
