Job Description:
An Assistant Safety & Security Manager in charge/responsible for implementing safety and risk management processes, for assigned hotels to deliver a safe Guest and Team Member experience.
Job Responsibilities:
A- As an Assistant Safety and Security Manager with managing , fire safety, security, trading standards, public health, housing, and disability within allocated hotels.
B- Implement safety risk management practices in line with the company’s secuirty and safety policy.
C- Work with Safety and security Manager in reducing guest civil claims.
D- Train Safety and security issues to managers, supervisors and colleagues, confirming with the secuirty and Safety Manager when appropriate.
Job Requirements:
A- Degree in health and safety.
B- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
C- Ability to work on their own.
D- Fire Safety Management/Risk Assessment.
E- Experience in Health and Safety Management.
