1- Fire & Life Safety Engineer
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Design and consult on Building/Fire Code Standards and Life Safety in different type of buildings and facilities.
B- Identify various hazards, mitigation techniques and recommended solutions, materials and equipment on Fire and Life Safety Consulting.
C- Knowledge of National Building and Fire Codes and Standards.
D- Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate on project delivery.
E- An ability to understand current mechanical engineering technologies in design and delivery of large institutional, residential, retail, commercial and educational developments.
Job Requirements:
A- Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a consultancy.
B- Experience in preparation of CFD and HVAC design calculations and drawings.
C- Experience in using current technology analysis software for heat load calculations and energy modeling.
D- Strong technical report writing and documentation skills and communication (English).
E- Experience of preparing authority submission documentations and dealing directly with the local authorities in Qatar.
