About Role:
Responsible for maximizing sales and profit, ensuring achievement of target through the delivery of world class customer service and effective merchandising. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of QDF business including a multitude of high profile brands.
Responsibilities:
A– Lead, manage and develop the retail team to deliver sales targets through delivery of excellent customer service and operational standards.
B– Manage the entire retail operations in accordance with company policy so as to establish an operation that not only meets but exceeds performance levels.
C– Maximize sales and profits through correct planning, forecasting and allocation of resources.
D- Ensure promotional programs are implemented to agreed deadlines with all supporting materials and stock in line with supplier agreements to maximise sales.
Job Requirements:
A- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 9 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience.
B– Experience in retail developing, managing and influencing people and the bottom line results is essential.
C- Experience in customer facing and fast paced business.
