1- Therapist III – Respiratory

Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Provides unit based specialty leadership and direction in the performance of basic and advanced clinical procedures and interventions.
B- Follows all hospital related policies and procedures. Participates in the development of evidence based policies and procedures relevant to Respiratory Therapy as needed.
C- Acts in the role of Preceptor/Mentor for oncoming staff/students in all areas of clinical care.
D- Demonstrates culturally appropriate behavior whilst working within the State of Qatar.
E- Collaborates with all medical, nursing and ancillary stakeholders to ensure a safe, clean and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors.
Job Requirements:
A- 3 year Diploma in Respiratory Therapy or 2+ years Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent.
B- 5 + years of recent clinical experience within Respiratory Therapy with 3+ of those years in a Neonatal/Pediatric tertiary level care facility.
C– Current registration and license (where applicable) from Country of Origin.
