About Role:
A- You will be the primary interface for recruitment enquiries for recruitment Managers, officers, and maintain good candidate experience.
B- You will be the first point of contact for all recruitment related enquiries and effectively coordinating with a number of ongoing recruitment functions.
C- Pre-screening and participating in the assessment of defined candidate groups.
D- Liaison with internal and external contacts and key support role within an innovative and driven recruitment services team
Job Requirements:
A- Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent.
B- Minimum 4 years job-related experience.
C- Experience in Recruitment in a large multinational environment preferably in the airline industry.
D- Proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.
E- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
