Job Summary
Our Recruiting Coordinators (RC) work in a fast-paced recruiting organization. As a RC you are an integral member of this team providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking to broaden your experience and embark on a career as a recruiter.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Owns the pre-screening process including Resume Screening for basic qualifications, phone screens, assessment facilitation.
B– Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates.
C– Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
D– Track recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report.
Job Requirements:
A– 1-2 years’ proven experience in a fast paced environment (e.g: Customer Service).
B– Fluent knowledge of English and [LANGUAGE] language (spoken and written).
C– Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite.
