1- Receptionist
Department: Front Office
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure an excellent customer experience.
B- Ensures to answer the phone in a polite and professional manner in accordance with the set standards from the clubs’ telephone etiquettes.
C- Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follow through.
D- Maintains awareness of guest profile through guest history system and welcome the regular guest by their names.
E- Exhibit personal grooming, appearance and attitude in a manner, which will enhance the guests experience and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
A- College Education/ Certification or Professional Diploma in Hospitality Administration or related.
B- 1-3 Years working experience in the hospitality industry preferably as a Receptionist.
C- Fluent in English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
