Job Responsibilities:
A- Be the first point of contact by greeting, welcoming, and assisting parents, callers and visitors to school
B-Manage school telephone calls including answering incoming calls, responding to callers’ inquiries, forwarding callers to appropriate individuals and taking and forwarding messages.
C-Maintain sign-in log for all visitors to school, provide information and direct individuals to appropriate areas and meeting rooms
D-Perform secretarial duties as required including laminating documents, creating labels, sorting and distributing mail, fax or mailing requested information.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor Degree in administration or equivalent
B- Have administrative, secretarial and/or school admission experience.
C- Familiar with the use of Databases
