About Role:
To lead, coordinate and support the airside resources allocated within the designated operational zone with oversight of: Ramp loading and unloading, GSE utilization and allocation, Turnaround supervision and coordination, flight documentation; Cargo & baggage, passenger, crew and VIP transportation, passenger and crew baggage sortation and reconciliation, transfer baggage handling, special baggage handling and any other services as directed by QAS Management
Job Responsibilities:
A- Support, monitor and control service delivery to maintain high operational standards in line with Company polices respective Customer Airline Standard Ground Handling Agreement and Service level agreements.
B- Expected operational/ administrative engagement: Operational 90 %, Administrative 10 %.
C- Lead by example while maintaining health and safety standards and excellent working practices in line with Company polices.
Job Requirements:
A- An ideal candidate will have a minimum of relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification and 6 years of job-related experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of job-related experience.
B-Experience working in an Ground Handling Company/ Airline pertaining to Airport operations in relation to Ramp Operations/ GSE operations/ Turnaround and Load control operations/ Cargo operations at Supervisory level.
C– Experience dealing with Customer Airlines & Authorities including Emergency response.
