About Role:
To control and monitor all commercial aspects in the delivery of project throughout the construction life cycle of the project. To undertake cost management at post contract stage. Ensuring project costs, budgets and cash flow compliance, all within Company and Client Protocols and Procedures. With a focus on infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Prepare cost options studies for a variety of infrastructure and public realm assets.
B– Possess sound knowledge and experience of all infrastructure works elements – roads, sitewide utilities & associated plants and equipment, structures.
C– Assist in assessing, evaluating and making recommendations related to any financial claim and providing the necessary input with regards to settling such claims.
Job Requirement:
A- Minimum 8 year’s experience in the industry.
B- Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited, internationally recognized institution or University.
C- As a minimum actively working towards MRICS or equivalent accreditation.
