Job Description:
As Operational Training Manager, you will be dedicated to All Airside operational departments in QAS, work alongside Executive Leadership and support Line Managers as an internal training consultant. Focus on strategic development and implementation of the required training in each department based on operations critical activities and improving the departments’ productivity and quality.
Responsibilities:
A- Manage and update different types of visual tools (videos, photos, virtual reality) by learning new technology, which will help in the in-depth understanding of the trainings being delivered.
B- Analyze and determine the training needs of QAS operational departments in collaboration with the Line Managers and trainers based on operations critical activities and in compliance with Safety, Security and Quality standards.
C– In conjunction with Manager Training, ensure training delivery matches business objectives, operating plans and complies with Safety, Security & Quality requirements.
Job Requirements:
A- An ideal candidate will have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of job-related experience.
B- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with Senior Management.
C- Knowledgeable in Safety and Security procedures.
D- Experience in ground handling related activities in Airside as a Trainer, Training Specialist, Assistant Training Manager or Manager.
