About Role:
As an IT Analyst at Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC), you would conduct ongoing reviews on existing business processes, initiates gap analysis on current systems and applications against changing business requirements and continuous growth in order to identify areas of improvement and to drive system improvement processes to ensure the complete suite of systems, applications and platforms are aligned with demand and business forecast.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Participates in requirements analysis and deploys business solutions to support QACC.
B- Acts as the agent of impact analysis to minimize risks pertaining to implementation of systems and applications related changes and upgrades.
C- Determines operational objectives by studying catering business functions; gathers information and evaluates output requirements and desired formats.
D- Drives IT and technical process improvements wherever applicable.
Job Requirements:
A- An ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
B- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and applications, experience with overall enterprise technology solutions suite.
C- Personal interests in keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and automation trends, solutions and design features.
