About Role:
A- As Senior Manager IT you will play a pivotal role in meeting the above needs and delivering Qatar Airways IT and Digital Transformation aspirations.
B- To achieve this you will need to create compelling and innovative sourcing strategies, which will influence Qatar Airways Group IT spend. This will see you share best practice, challenge current ways of working and deliver the best value to the company.
C- The breadth of this role will shape our aspirations around the nature and shape of our cloud, infrastructure and IT support staff deployment.
Job Requirements:
A- A strong IT Procurement transformation track record – At least 10 years’ experience of pure IT procurement and must have delivered one cycle of procurement transformation projects in at least three of the following areas: Call center tech, CRM, ERP, Revenue Management or MRO systems, management of large scale licensing agreement, managed services, offshore development center setup or migration of storage to cloud.
B– Demonstrable stakeholder management skills inc extensive support of Exec and C level leadership IT transformation agenda’s.
C– Proven ability to negotiate a wide range of high value (c$10m plus) complex commercial arrangements covering hardware, software and services.
