About Role:
In this interesting role, you will be responsible for facilitating the planning to ensure that all QR Catering Stations of a defined region have the right inventory at the right time balancing the management of delivery timelines with cost and stock availability.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Be responsible for the global inventory in selected region overseas, ensuring that all stations have the right inventory at the right time and in the correct quantity.
B- Be responsible for working with the Procurement team and the logistics suppliers to ensure that costs and managed and that inventory is available for the operation as planned.
C- Be responsible for the day-to-day relationships with caterers to ensure stock levels are correctly reported and to coordinate the flow of cabin loads.
D- Ensure the introduction of new inventory, including the timely withdrawal and disposal of the obsolete stock on a regional level.
Job Requirements:
A- You should have relevant Bachelor’s level or equivalent in logistics, planning or related. Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
B- 4 years Airline Catering Experience working within an Inventory Role.
C- Experience working with inventory within a flight-catering unit.
