About Role:
You will be responsible for assisting Cabin Crew with high quality, cost effective and time bound services associated with the accommodation contributing to the overall successful performance of the Cabin Crew Housing team.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Arrange meet and great services for new joining Cabin Crew and ensure that they are provided assistance with baggage collection, mobile services, foreign currency exchange, etc.
B- Provide enhances service and ensure business needs are met by allocating apartments to respective Cabin Crew based on employee benefits and in line with HR Policies.
C- Ensuring that quality services such as maintenance, housekeeping, pest control, etc. are provided in line with department budgets in order to maintain standards within apartments provide to Cabin Crew.
D- Provide assistance to new Cabin Crew by organizing and coordinating transportation to their accommodation and familiarization of their allocated accommodation.
Job Requirements:
A- College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level, with minimum 4 years relevant experience.
B- Qualification in facilities management will be an added advantage.
C- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in housekeeping, facilities management or accommodation rental services, preferred.
D- Awareness of airport operational constraints.
