About Role:
The Steward is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen at Hamad International Airport (HIA) Lounges is clean, well-maintained and organized at all times. It is important to maintain a proper of clean inventory with a high standard of cleanliness around all food and beverage areas.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Compliance with food safety and hygiene practices as per policies and procedures by the company.
B- Cleaning and washing cutlery, utensils and other items required in food preparation.
C- Ensuring that working area is clear of trash and waste.
D- Ensuring that working area is clean and sanitized at all times.
E- Assisting in the set-up of buffets or as required by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:
A- You have High School graduation with minimum of 2 years of job related experience with the ability to foster teamwork among team members and have a strong command of English language.
