Job Description:
Qatar Airways is currently recruiting a Vice President Corporate Insurance to join the team in our global Head Office in Doha. The Vice President will be responsible for all insurance matters (aviation and non-aviation insurance programs) and will be the key driver in ensuring the company has the optimum and broadest insurance coverage in place.
Responsibilities:
A- Establish Group-wide insurance programs including the development of annual renewal and retention strategies.
B- Deliver the broadest insurance coverage available by negotiating with Insurers and Brokers to obtain the most economic premiums available.
C– Manage the assessment and determination of coverage levels, negotiate policy terms and premiums and manage relationships with Insurers and Brokers.
D– Evaluate emerging risks and availability of new insurance products and review them for suitability through regular visits and communication with intermediaries.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent ideally in Law, Commerce, Business, Risk Management or another related field.
B- You must have a proven track record in corporate insurance.
C- Superior time management skills and be extremely well-organized.
D- Minimum 10 years of job-related experience in corporate insurance for a multinational or global corporation.
