About Role:
We are recruiting a Ticketing Officer within the Doha Sales team based in Qatar. In this role, you will act as an intermediary between the staff and management and also supervise and lead the ticketing team to surpass the revenue while handling the ticket bookings. 

Job Responsibilities:
A– Handle ticket booking and VIP requests.
B– Coordinate all activities related to the role as a leader, such as communicating updates, orientations, staff rotations, rostering, etc.
C– Manage mishandled passengers.
D- Monitor the performance of the team.
E- Supervise attendance and grooming of the team as per the stipulated standards.

Job Requirements:
A- Relevant college / university qualification on a bachelor’s level.
B– A minimum of 4 years experience in airline, travel, and/or hospitality industry on a supervisory level.
C- Recognized IATA / airline advanced passenger tariff and pricing course.
D- Strong knowledge of special rates, offers, and promotions.
