About Role:
In this role, you will enable BI capabilities for Qatar Airways BI users by installing, configuring & supporting BI tool stack. You are responsible for BI platform maintenance in terms of performance, security, compliance, scalability, evergreening and uptime.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Installation of BI tools and configuration.
B- BI tool administration, regular housekeeping, management of project / workspace, access, tenant, capacity & cost.
C- Platform maintenance in terms of performance, security, compliance, scalability, uptime & evergreening.
D- Perform regular platform maintenance which includes cleaning orphaned Connections / Universes / datasets etc.
E- Create deployment architecture.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of data engineering experience.
B- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing / administering one or more of the BI tools such as SAP BO, Power BI, Tableau.
C- Strong technical / architecture knowledge of one or more BI tools – SAP BO, Power BI, Tableau.
D- Knowledge about data virtualization, semantic layer tools.
