Job Responsibilities:
A- You will be allocating equipment and build up customer airlines baggage requirements in accordance with instructions from Load Control, QAS SOP and published customer airline procedures.
B- Ensure QAS/QR and OAL SOPs are followed for baggage handling for both arrival and departure activities to achieve KPIs and avoid delays and mishandlings.
C- Efficiently deliver customer airlines baggage for departure flights adhering to Safety, Security and on time as per agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
D- Ensure a safe and secure build up and transfer of the specified baggage from the various baggage facilities to the aircraft side whereby the service levels are maintained as per the SLA / SOP.
Job Requirements:
A- An ideal candidate will have a minimum of High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education) and 4 years of job-related experience OR Vocational/Diploma and 3 years of job-related experience.
B- Acceptable airline Ramp Handling/Load Processing training.
C- Preferred: Minimum 05 years’ of experience in the airline industry of which 02 years should be in Baggage Operations as a Lead Agent or Junior Team Leader / Advanced course in Baggage Handling and advanced Supervisory skills course / Driving license.
