About Role:
Responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Food Servers are responsible for taking guest order and serving food and beverages to guests table.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
B- Prepare table by laying lines, crockery, cutlery, etc. Escort guests to their tables when required, serve food and/or beverages to guests.
C- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the Supervisor.
D– Obtain food from the kitchen, serve food and beverages and remove items such as cutlery, etc. not required for the meal.
Job Requirements:
A- Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills, English communication skills with Entry level roles – no prior job-related work experience.
B- Ability to carry a large tray with food from the kitchen to guest tables.
C- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
