Job Description:
In this interesting role, you will be responsible to supervise Dry goods and Bar packing areas, to ensure that flight sets are packed as per the specification and departure schedule. You will be responsible to ensure that the stock orders are placed and received on time.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Implement processes and procedures to effectively manage the recycling of the unutilized products such as comfort/amenity kits, sleep suits, and premium headsets in order to save cost.
B- Implement a quality measurement system to track compliance to standards and identify ways to optimize performance and reduce cost.
C- Implement procedures to track and monitor expiry dates of all products and ensure first in first out methodology is applied to optimize the product usage and avoid wastage on account of expired product.
Job Requirements:
A- You should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
B- Minimum 3 years of experience in an inflight catering unit.
C- Experience of Equipment , Dry store or Bar packing, Flight assembly and dispatch process.
D- Knowledge of Airline galley loading plans and Inventory process.
