About Role:
You will manage the project development and delivery of project scopes and schedules within HIA and DIA facilities, to ensure effective and efficient completion to time, cost and quality, in alignment with the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and the HIA projects Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
Job Responsibilities:
A- Prepare delivery strategies for the complete life cycle for all managed projects, by developing plans for each phase, to ensure the completion of projects to time, quality and cost.
B- Ensure the relevant project stakeholders, are appropriately engaged throughout the project life cycle, by preparing a stakeholder RACI matrix and communication plan.
C– Validate all project deliverables are met and approved, by completing an evaluation against the contractual requirements to support the financial and contractual close out.
D- Prepare technical and financial forecasts to build the capital expenditure plan.
Job Requirements:
A- You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or the equivalent.
B- You will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
C- You should have airport experience in Project Management.
