Job Responsibilities:
A- You will be responsible for developing, executing and delivering global buying strategies for the Marketing and Corporate Communications categories across Qatar Airways Group of companies.
B- You will continuously review and strengthen processes and lead a team of procurement professionals to successfully achieve sourcing objectives and goals.
C- You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Senior Leadership positions across the Group of companies, in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Sales, Finance and Group Legal.
D- You will be joining Qatar Airways at a critical and exciting period, and playing a central role in the build up to, and delivery of Qatar Airways Marketing and Corporate Communications requirements for the FIFA World Cup starting in November 2022.
Job Requirements:
A- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or A Related Field.
B- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement and category management in Marketing and Corporate Communications categories, with demonstrable experience of global media, advertising, events and public relations agencies.
C- Proven record of driving cost savings.
D- Strong procurement professional.
