About Role:
As the Senior Procurement Specialist – Capabilities & SRM, you will be responsible for and lead the optimization of the current supplier on-boarding process, to make it leaner and aligned to industry best practice.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Managing all companywide on boarding of suppliers.
B- You will also support the procurement leadership team to continuously improve procurement processes policies, procedures, templates and methodologies again leaning on best practice and clear benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, or project management from an accredited college or university.
B- 4+ years of experience in relevant field.
C- Proven record in process improvements with a demonstrable track record of delivering tangible improvements to the businesses you have worked within.
D- Developing a skills, behaviours and staff performance framework to improve the capability and skills of frontline buyers.
