Job Summary:
Welcomes and seats customers, checks reservations, manages the wait list when the restaurant is busy, and ensure to give a warm welcome to all guests, providing an efficient and courteous approach at all times. This role serves as an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of customer dining experience.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Consistently offers a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service to ensures that the customer needs are attended at all times.
B- Manages reservations book and answer the telephone in an impeccable manner.
C- Offers consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service. Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival and departure and escort them through the restaurant.
D- Collect customer reservations and practice space management in order to optimize the seating capacity of the restaurant.
Job Requirements:
A- High School Diploma in any Related Technical Certificates.
B- Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
C- Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
D- Total 3 years experience On Job 1 year(s) GCC 1 year(s).
