1- Plumber Lead

Job Overview:
Under the supervision of the Plumber Supervisor, the Plumber Lead oversees construction, maintenance involving plumbing equipment and related devices on construction projects for the PWD Projects Team. Conducts Field Surveys (FS) and Initial Assessments (IA’s) for potential construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Provides leadership, guidance, and technical assistance to Plumbers in the performance of day-to-day activities.
B- Prioritize, assign and schedule work for the Projects Plumbing team.
C- Passes instructions received from Projects Supervisor and starts work by assigning immediate tasks.
D- Trains workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies.
Job Requirements:
A- One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
B- 5 years of plumbing experience and 3 years of leadership experience.
C- Trade school degree or equivalent.
D- Must have an excellent understanding of all safety directives and polices regarding the operation of equipment.
