1- Group Workforce Planning Manager
Full Time
Doha, Qatar
Job Responsibilities:
A- Establish predictive multi-year talent demand forecast models by organization and by needed skills and capabilities. Continually evolve and refine highly precise forecasting models.
B- In partnership with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, produce annual resourcing plans for each organization within the enterprise.
C- Generate regular leadership reports describing workforce models, trends, risks, and mitigation plans.
D- Develop and implement data gathering processes for the projects’ Workforce planning that takes into account labour market analysis data, as well as JV needs.
E- Collaborate closely with the Project Managers to develop and manage an integrated workforce management process and deliver a consistent workforce planning across projects and delivery entities, ensuring appropriate and optimised staffing to deliver the agreed service levels .
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum 10 years of working experience with 4+ years of Workforce Planning experience with the demonstrated ability to forecast and predict talent demand at the job level.
B- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
C- Results oriented with a strong track record of success and measurable impact.
D- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
E- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into powerful actionable insights and plans.
